Steve Singh is a seasoned investor with more than 37 years of experience in the financial/investment sector. As a gifted marketer and a natural sales person, Steve attained great success in real-estate financing before moving into more complex structured financing for medium and big businesses.17 years ago Steve transitioned out of his successful corporate career into the world of small cap investing which he is very passionate about. He is thrilled to help entrepreneurs and small companies attain their potential and dreams. Using his vast institutional investment network in North America he not only helps companies raise tens of millions of dollars but also helps in their messaging, marketing and corporate development.
Over the years Steve has developed a method of finding high potential companies in different sectors. He has an intuition and vision for what is coming next. He has been in the fore front of various investment themes from the beginning and is always in the hunt for the next big thing.
Raj Ravindran. MSc, PhD, MBA, CFA
Raj is an entrepreneur and investor with diversified international experience and a passion for innovation, technology, and capital markets. Raj is a proven leader in corporate development, capital raising, deal structuring, go-public transactions, and strategies for navigating difficult economic conditions. He has held progressively senior roles across a breadth of start-ups and small cap companies in North America and Europe. Raj has co-founded numerous companies including Thinking North (a national investor network); Steep Hill Inc. (CSE: STPH) (Cannabis and Hemp Analytical Testing), where he is the CFO; Changeblock Group. (An Environmental Exchange); and Florence Wealth Management (Exempt Market Dealer), where he holds the position of UDP/CEO.
Raj holds a Master’s in Chemical Engineering (Oil & Gas Synthesis), PhD in Industrial Organizational Economics, MBA in Finance and a Charter Financial Analyst designation.
Danielle Fernandes
An entrepreneur, philanthropist, activist, speaker, and writer, Danielle has worked with endless clients from large-scale corporations to smaller scale non-profits. Danielle is passionate about plant-based diets and animal advocacy. She is an avid reader and holds true to a minimum of a book a week ranging from business to English Lit classics - big fan of Ray Dalio, Tim Ferriss, Malcolm Gladwell, Simon Sinek and Chris Guillebeau.

Rajesh Kutty, MD
Rajesh Kutty, MD, is a visionary healthcare leader with a passion for innovation. After obtaining his medical doctorate in 2007, Rajesh spent the next decade working in the healthcare technology and management space, honing his skills and earning his Master Blackbelt in Lean Six Sigma with a specialty in healthcare. He combined his knowledge of the healthcare industry and his expertise in operations and technology to co-found his first tech startup in the capital markets in the first quarter of 2018. With his expertise in business development & technology, Rajesh was instrumental in raising 1.2 million dollars in seed funding for the company.
In 2021, Rajesh experienced success with the sale of his first startup, and he didn‘t waste any time in moving on to his next venture. In 2022, he cofounded & embarked on the development of a gamified dating app/ecosystem. Rajesh brings a wealth of experience to his new venture, including his background in healthcare, operations, analysis, technology, and business development. He is dedicated to using his expertise and skills to create innovative solutions that improve people’s lives.
Jag Gill
Jag is a dynamic and accomplished individual in his mid-30s, with a passion for both soccer and media. Born and raised in British Columbia, Jag has always been close to his family and cherishes his roots in the Punjabi community.
Jag is an avid soccer player, who has dedicated much of his time and energy to the sport. He not only plays the game, but he also coaches it, passing on his knowledge and skills to the next generation of players. He is a leader on and off the field, always striving to help his team reach their full potential.
In addition to his love of soccer, Jag is also an accomplished media professional. He helps run a media company, bringing his passion for creativity and communication to the world of business. He is constantly looking for new and innovative ways to tell stories and connect with audiences, using his talents to help his company succeed and grow.

Shouvik Datta
Shouvik is an experienced executive search consultant with over 10 years of diverse business experience in Asset Management and Recruitment Consulting. Shouvik worked for many years at a hedge fund/private equity firm in corporate development. He relocated to Asia to join a global recruitment firm for a multi-million dollar start-up in the APAC region.
Shouvik returned to Toronto to develop a Banking and Financial services practice for a global recruitment firm. Shouvik has extensive experience in executive placements across the Banking and Financial Services, Technology, Healthcare, Energy, Agri business, Cannabis, Blockchain, Mining and Real Estate sector. He is a valued business advisor on executive talent for a wide array of clients ranging from start-up firms to some of the largest corporations in the world.
Andra Enescu, JD
Andra Enescu is the Founder and CEO of Champagne Capital Advisory, a consulting firm that advises on the growth of small to medium businesses. Andra began her career as a securities lawyer at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP, a prominent Bay street law firm, where she developed a broad spectrum of experience representing public & private companies and investment dealers in various sectors. Andra is passionate in identifying and getting involved in new disruptive and innovative trends. Pursuing her passion, she transitioned into the cannabis industry as in-house Counsel and Business Development Director for Origin House (formerly known as CannaRoyalty Corp.). Andra was entrenched at the forefront of the cannabis industry and has travelled internationally to facilitate transactions and explore the global dynamics of the ever-evolving cannabis space.
Andra obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Bond University, Faculty of Law in Australia, a Double Honours Degree as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), English and French from York University, in Toronto and studied International Law at London School of Economics (LSE) in London, UK. Andra is a member of the Ontario Bar and is CSC certified.

Nelson Hudes is a PR and media relations specialist with 40 years of experience. As the owner of Hudes Communications International, he provides comprehensive PR services and media counsel to clients in North America. Nelson’s impressive career includes spearheading PR activities for Mosport Park as Director of Marketing and Public Relations from 1982 to 1996. He has organized press conferences and media tours for notable figures like Robert Carradine, Gordon Lightfoot, Scott Goodyear, and Michael Andretti. In 1999, Nelson launched his own company, and one of his high-profile clients is the renowned author Robert Kiyosaki, known for "Rich Dad, Poor Dad."
