Thinking NorthSteve Singh is a seasoned investor with more than 37 years of experience in the financial/investment sector. As a gifted marketer and a natural sales person, Steve attained great success in real-estate financing before moving into more complex structured financing for medium and big businesses.17 years ago Steve transitioned out of his successful corporate career into the world of small cap investing which he is very passionate about. He is thrilled to help entrepreneurs and small companies attain their potential and dreams. Using his vast institutional investment network in North America he not only helps companies raise tens of millions of dollars but also helps in their messaging, marketing and corporate development.
Over the years Steve has developed a method of finding high potential companies in different sectors. He has an intuition and vision for what is coming next. He has been in the fore front of various investment themes from the beginning and is always in the hunt for the next big thing.

Sashya Paudel is a visionary creative technologist and the current COO of Thinking North, a purpose-driven platform that champions innovation, investment, and scalable impact. With a strong foundation in design, strategy, and technology, Sashya brings operational leadership that blends innovation with execution.
She is also the Founder of BL Digital & Creative (BLDC), a Delaware-registered multimedia agency specializing in AI-powered product development, video game design, and immersive brand experiences. Through BLDC, she leads high-impact projects that fuse storytelling with cutting-edge tech to help startups and organizations bring bold ideas to life.
Known for her ability to navigate both the creative and technical landscapes, Sashya plays a pivotal role in aligning Thinking North’s vision with actionable strategies that attract investors, build community, and scale innovation.
Patrick Carew
For the past 8 years as founder of BioMulate Inc(Fractional Business Advisory agency), Patrick Carew has taken on various Sales Executive Leadership roles, to help solve Business problems, Impact Sales growth and everything in between for his clients. VC mindset, always leading with a results driven, positive Client Centric outcome. Whether its raising Capital, leveraging his Business Eco-system to hire Fractional Executive roles, developing MVP software with a limited budget and next to no Engineering resources, Strategic Partnership intros to facilitate innovation and being that Experienced Advisor, to the founder as they navigate their Company’s future. Previous to embarking on his Entrepreneurial journey, Patrick worked in the fast-paced world of Technology, 25 years of honing his Sales and Leadership skills, building lifelong partnerships, both personally and professionally. Reza Akhlaghi is a strategic marketing leader specializing in decentralized finance (DeFi) and blockchain ecosystems. He holds an MBA from York University’s Schulich School of Business, an MA in Communication Studies from the University of Calgary, and a BA in Communication Studies and English Literature from York University.
Founder of TokensOnchain Media, a crypto-native DeFi marketing agency, Reza has driven marketing and content strategies for leading financial and crypto institutions including CoinDesk Indices, Indxx, Fidelity Digital Assets, and Bitget. Oksana Nasadiuk
Oksana Nasadiuk is the Founder of OKSee Law Professional Corporation, a boutique law firm specializing in commercial real estate, residential real estate, and immigration law. Known for her strategic thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication to client success, she has built a reputation for guiding businesses, investors, and individuals through complex, high-stakes transactions with confidence. Oksana began her legal career in 2018, gaining experience in immigration, criminal, and family law before working with one of Canada’s top national firms. In 2022, she completed her articles and joined a rapidly expanding regional law firm, where she played a key role in its growth from a single office to a multi-location practice. These experiences gave her a unique 360° perspective on the legal process that she now brings to every client file. Andra Enescu, JD
Andra Enescu is the Founder and CEO of Champagne Capital Advisory, a consulting firm that advises on the growth of small to medium businesses. Andra began her career as a securities lawyer at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP, a prominent Bay street law firm, where she developed a broad spectrum of experience representing public & private companies and investment dealers in various sectors. Andra is passionate in identifying and getting involved in new disruptive and innovative trends. Pursuing her passion, she transitioned into the cannabis industry as in-house Counsel and Business Development Director for Origin House (formerly known as CannaRoyalty Corp.). Andra was entrenched at the forefront of the cannabis industry and has travelled internationally to facilitate transactions and explore the global dynamics of the ever-evolving cannabis space.
Andra obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Bond University, Faculty of Law in Australia, a Double Honours Degree as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), English and French from York University, in Toronto and studied International Law at London School of Economics (LSE) in London, UK. Andra is a member of the Ontario Bar and is CSC certified.

Nelson Hudes is a PR and media relations specialist with 40 years of experience. As the owner of Hudes Communications International, he provides comprehensive PR services and media counsel to clients in North America. Nelson’s impressive career includes spearheading PR activities for Mosport Park as Director of Marketing and Public Relations from 1982 to 1996. He has organized press conferences and media tours for notable figures like Robert Carradine, Gordon Lightfoot, Scott Goodyear, and Michael Andretti. In 1999, Nelson launched his own company, and one of his high-profile clients is the renowned author Robert Kiyosaki, known for "Rich Dad, Poor Dad."

Shouvik is an experienced executive search consultant with over 10 years of diverse business experience in Asset Management and Recruitment Consulting. Shouvik worked for many years at a hedge fund/private equity firm in corporate development. He relocated to Asia to join a global recruitment firm for a multi-million dollar start-up in the APAC region.
Shouvik returned to Toronto to develop a Banking and Financial services practice for a global recruitment firm. Shouvik has extensive experience in executive placements across the Banking and Financial Services, Technology, Healthcare, Energy, Agri business, Cannabis, Blockchain, Mining and Real Estate sector.
